We Accept the Following:
Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Network and PayPal. At this time we can't accept cash, CODs, checks, money orders or gift certificates for online purchases. If you would like to pay with a gift certificate, please call us at 1.978.257.8064.
After you make a purchase, you will receive an e-mail confirmation to the email address you provided at checkout. Once your order has shipped we will email you and include tracking information so you can track the delivery of your product. Custom orders are always welcome. We would love to create a custom piece just for you. If you see a piece in one of our collections and would prefer it in a specific stone, metal not already listed or with custom engraving, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know your special request. Please reference Product Name or SKU# in your email if you are modifying an existing item. Special colors or shapes may also be available in pottery, ceramics and even soaps!
Not all requests may be available, but we will do our best to create the custom piece you are looking for.
Because we are creating a special piece just for you, custom orders may take a little longer to prepare. On average a special order may be ready to ship in 5-7 days depending on your specific request.
Much of what we sell is handcrafted by artisans and one of a kind. For this reason many items are not available in multiple quantities. As these items are sold they will be removed from our inventory. A similar item may be made and listed on our inventory as materials are available.
If you would like to inquire about an item that has sold, please contact us. We may be able to create this item for you as a special order.
Returns and Exchanges:
We take pride in all the products we sell but if for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase we will refund your sale or work with you to make it right. Please contact us at email@example.com, call us at 978-257-8064 or stop by the store during business hours to discuss your return/exchange.
If a refund is due and you ordered by credit card, we'll credit your account within 3-5 usiness days. This will show on your next statement, depending on the issuing bank and/or billing cycle. If you have requested an exchange, your account will be charged for the new item and credited for the return. If you paid with a Gift Card we'll mail you a Gift Card. Unfortunately, we cannot refund any original shipping charges.
Gift Cards may not be returned.
Returning by Mail:
If you are returning a product by mail, please send in your item(s) using the postage-paid U.S. return label. Your return will be processed within 10-14 business days. Send packages to:
